I am a person-centred solution-focused therapist and I have experience in both private and voluntary sectors.
I provide a safe space to explore and work through issues that may have become overwhelming to manage, at a pace that suits you.
I am able to offer face-to-face counselling, online or telephone support.
I have BA (Hons) in Counselling and over 10 years’ experience working in statutory and voluntary sectors including domestic violence and 4 years working in palliative care providing emotional support working with patients and their families with end of life, bereavement, cancer and illness related issues.
Stress, life changes, bereavements, divorce, addictions, trauma, family/relationship and workplace difficulties can all contribute to low moods, increased anxiety, and loss of energy, focus and motivation.
Dementia aware and trained.
Counselling can provide a confidential space and time to talk, where you can begin to feel supported and heard, and gain the self insight you need to help you to move forward.
I respond promptly to all enquiries and I am happy to provide a FREE telephone conversation to answer any questions you may have (please initially email me or text, to arrange a suitable time to talk).
Parking available.
